- Information about your bookings with the Organizer. This information may include details about your trip, prices and the date of your booking. In addition, we may process information in relation to add-on services and bookings through third-parties. We may also process details of travel arrangements you give us.

- Cookies and similar technologies. When you use our website, we may automatically collect your IP address, web browser type and version and your operating system. We may also automatically collect a list of URLs starting with a referring Site, your activity on our Site, and the Site you exit to.
- Financial information such as credit / debit card numbers via our Payment Service Provider (if you book a tour with the Organizer).

5. How and where we store your data
- We only keep your data for as long as we need to in order to use it as described above in section 4, and/or for as long as we have your permission to keep it. Your data will be deleted if we no longer need it in accordance with the terms of our Data Retention Policy:
- We will retain customer information for as long as your account is active or as long as needed to provide you with our Services. We may also retain and use your information in order to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, and enforce our Agreements.
- We will conduct an annual review to ascertain whether we need to keep the data.
- We do our best to keep your data accurate and up to date, to the extent that you provide us with the information we need to do so.

- The servers of our booking software provider, TrekkSoft, are located in Europe (Zurich, Switzerland and AWS Europe). According to TrekkSoft’s GDPR processes, we can anonymize personal customer data (but not delete) when requested.
- Some or all of your data may be stored or transferred outside of the European Economic Area (“the EEA”) (The EEA consists of all EU member states, plus Norway, Iceland and Liechtenstein). You are deemed to accept and agree to this by using our Site and submitting information to us. If we do store or transfer data outside the EEA, we will take all reasonable steps to ensure that your data is treated as safely and securely as it would be within the EEA and under the GDPR. Such steps may include, but not be limited to, the use of legally binding contractual terms between us and any third parties we engage and the use of the EU-approved Model Contractual Arrangements.
- Data security is of great importance to us, and to protect your data we have put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure data collected through our Site.

However, you acknowledge this may limit our ability to provide the best possible products and services to you.

You have the legal right to ask for a copy of any of your personal data held by us (where such data is held). Please contact us for more details at email@example.com, or using the contact details below in section 12. You can also request that we delete your data, which we will do within one month.
10. Cookies and tracking technologies

We use framing with the YouTube network (YouTube LLC, 901 Cherry Avenue, San Bruno, CA 94066, USA) on our website. Framing means “embedding”, which means that we embed videos, photos or text messages etc. from the YouTube network on our websites. This enables you to view them directly on our website. The actual content still comes from the YouTube platform. If it is deleted there, it will also disappear from our website.
We use the so-called “extended data protection mode”. A cookie is only saved on your computer when the video is played. According to YouTube, no personal cookie information is stored for the playback of embedded videos with extended data protection. If you want to be sure that no data from you is saved on Youtube, do not click on the embedded videos.

As soon as you call up one of our Internet pages that has an activated plug-in, a connection to the servers of the provider of the respective plug-in is established. Content is loaded from the provider’s servers and information is transmitted to the provider. This information includes B. Your IP address and the information about which page you have just accessed.
